My name is Keith and I’ve been helping individuals and small businesses solve computer & technology problems since 1994. I got into computers in Junior High in 1979 and never got out of it. I love helping to solve technology problems in the real world, to make a difference in the lives of real people having computer problems! As I run across problems, I’ll post them here with the solutions I employed and also my view of where technology is heading.
